Great customer service, I had a fun chat with the staff and they were able to fix my phone issues within the day. I did need to give them time to get the battery for a replacement so I came in early to request it which took about 3hrs. The fix itself took only about an hour and they also replaced my screen protector for free. Overall great experience and the price was good. Thanks for fixing up my phone

The shop owner was very nice and friendly when I went here to get a new phone screen protector. I stated I didn’t want glass which he accommodated, which is more than I can say for other places that try to push glass very hard. However, he took a very long time to put the screen protector on. Like 10+ minutes. I’m not quite sure what the process is but even after 10 minutes there was bubbles and dust stuck under the screen (which I honestly think it is because he took so long? Like the dust had a chance to settle). He offered to do a discount or a redo and I took the redo option because I knew the bubbles would irritate me. But this did take another 5-10 minutes. And it was much much better but it still wasn’t perfect. There were tiny bubbles on the side and the corner but at this point I didn’t want to stay here longer anymore so I just accepted. I will say it was on the pricier side as well so I didn’t feel like the service matched the cost. If you don’t care so much about perfectionism this place is fine but I’m a stickler for details. You can see in the photos what I mean. Like it’s acceptable but just not perfect.

Had a problem with my Samsung S23 Ultra's battery, where it was bloated and loosen the glue holding the back part of the phone together. I got that fixed here as well as getting a new back part of the phone as it was cracked. Now my phone looks brand new. The service was quick and I am happy with it. Would recommend
