I have nothing but phrase for Mr Stephen Butterly and his team at City Residential. Stephen went the extra mile in sorting out my residential let following discovery of a squatter at the premises. City Residential were able to source a local solicitor who set the wheels in motion in the ensuing eviction notice process. Stephen kept me updated throughout, and upon sucessful legal removal of said squatter, was able to arrange speedy fit out of the premises and find a suitable tenant. I have no hesitation in recommending Stephen and the whole CR Team's services in property letting.
