These fine folks are the reason I can continue to enjoy my beautiful XJR. Another local shop quoted me an exorbitant amount for work it didn’t even need. I was ready to give up on it until I brought the car here. They were very straight forward, great communicators, and took great care of my car for a very reasonable price. Outstanding shop.
I cannot say enough about the professionalism, integrity, and dedication of this shop. They went above and beyond to help me through an extremely difficult period when I was relocating my family to the area, juggling two new jobs, and commuting between states while trying to find and start jobs in the area and get settled. They not only diagnosed and resolved a perplexing, intermittent issue with my primary commute vehicle but also dealt with the challenge of repairing a separate issue with my wife’s car. Their team demonstrated incredible persistence, skill, and care, all while maintaining clear communication and the highest level of customer service. What truly sets them apart is their empathy and commitment to keeping their customers on the road. They gave me rides to work, arranged a loaner vehicle when I needed transportation, and worked around my unpredictable schedule without complaint. They treated me like family and made an otherwise stressful situation manageable. In short, this shop exemplifies true professionalism combined with genuine compassion. When my Audi would not start one morning, I immediately had it towed to Classic Imports. They checked the car out and everything was good. They found nothing wrong with the car. That is still a mystery. I don’t know why that happened but it hasn’t happened again. The car started and drove good. Nick answered all my questions and took good care of me. They did not try to take advantage of me and charge for something I didn’t need. Excellent customer service. They did service my car later and did an excellent job.
This is an amazing auto shop! Everyone was very nice to me. I was given a ride after I dropped it off and they came to get me. The friendliness from them made me happy I came. Also, they did a great job in taking care of my son Mini Cooper. Even though some of the mechanics weren’t there, they got it done that day. I’ll be back for any maintenance on it! Thank you all!
My knowledge of cars does not extend much further than putting in gas, so whenever something needs repaired I am at the mercy of those who possess knowledge I do not have. Classic Import Auto Service was recommended to me by someone I trust implicitly. This is my second visit and it was as positive as the first one. 10/10 for the work done, top tier customer service and being kept informed as to my options, the progress made and anticipated completion date. I will recommend Bob and his staff to anyone without hesitation. Many thanks for taking such good care of my old girl.
