I came in for a wheel alignment and the difference was immediate. The car now drives straight, steering feels tight and smooth, and there’s no pulling at all. The staff was professional, explained what needed to be done, and finished the job quickly. Great service, fair pricing, and quality work—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
Great experience getting my 4 wheel alignment done along with fitting 4 brand new tires. The team was professional and explained everything clearly. They also ran a diagnostic and took the time to let me know what was going on with the car, which I really appreciated. The car drives perfectly now and noticeably better than before. Fair pricing, solid work, and great customer service.
Just returned from CLCM with sons Corsa….. was in for MOT which it failed initially….. the work carried out by the team was excellent & professionally done, as always !…… communications were spot on every step of the way……. on this occasion they provided a service above & beyond ,working to have the car repaired & MOT’d super quick as my son desperately needed it for his work with the NHS…..I’ve been using CLCM for many years now & recommend it highly…… the owners & staff are nothing but professional & courteous towards customers & totally trustworthy imho ! Rest assured CLCM staff will always put the customer first & provide a professional service & will definitely not rip you off as some reviewers have suggested !……I’m saying this as someone who has worked in the trade & dealt with garages that have been a rip off !…….. Also , in my dealings with CLCM , costs of work undertaken have always been kept to a minimum in favour of the customer, as was the case this time……… Happy customer….. 5* all the way ! 👍
My experience with CLCM Auto Services Ltd was absolutely disastrous, demonstrating gross negligence, dishonesty, and shocking unprofessionalism. This garage broke my TPMS sensor while fitting new tires. What's most outrageous is they claimed it was already broken and demanded payment for its replacement. When I stated I'd replace it myself at another garage, they refused to compensate for the damage. Furthermore, they refused to return the broken sensor and couldn't even specify which wheel it was in. Unbelievably, one of my brand new tyres was found with a clear cut, almost certainly inflicted by the garage during fitting (likely sticker removal), and the garage never addressed this issue. When I requested a report of the work done, they simply gave me some handwritten note – it's laughable. The "new" tyres they fitted were visibly rusty and dirty upon installation (due to your unacceptable outdoor storage practices) and remained stained even after a car wash. Additionally, they managed to inflate all four new tires to different pressures, nowhere near the manufacturer's recommended levels found on the door jamb. They even returned the car without valve caps. To top it off, they left the car half a mile from the garage, making a joint inspection impossible. In short, stay far away from this garage.
Just had a full service and four-wheel alignment done at CLCM and honestly couldn’t be happier. The team was friendly, professional, and really efficient — they had everything sorted quicker than I expected without cutting corners. The customer service was spot on, they kept me informed throughout, and explained everything clearly. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of work done. My car drives perfectly now, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
