Jeremy was great. We called him for what we thought would be a pretty major issue, and it turned out to be something so simple. So simple he didn’t even charge us. He was polite and professional and did not make me feel foolish for calling him when the solution to our electrical issue was a simple fix. We will definitely be calling him again for any and all future electrical needs. Also came out same day, and arrived in the time frame he said he would. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs an electrician.
Female who answered my call was polite and efficient. She said Jeremy would reach out asap. He called me shortly thereafter and said he could come right away. He had my problem figured out and fixed in about 30 minutes. He was friendly, fast and professional. Will definitely be using CLE Electric again!
We recently had an electrical junction box installed for connecting to a 13500 watt Westinghouse generator by CLE Electric. The initial quote was received the same day they came out to view the requirement. Once the unit was received, the technician was able to come out within the week, a much better time line than others. Jeremy came out with the technician to confirm what was to be performed. The job was completed in a few hours, efficiently, professionally, and left the job sight completely cleaned up. After the junction box was installed, the technician started up my generator and showed me exactly how to operate the transfer switch he installed. It was a breeze. I would highly recommend CLE to perform any of my electrical work I the future.
We used CLE Electric to repair a faulty light switch. Scheduling and communication was excellent; the service technician Jeremy was prompt and efficient in investigating and fixing the issue and helpful in providing an estimate for some future work. Overall, very professional, high quality, and friendly service at reasonable costs.
I worked with CLE electric to update a fuse box, as well as getting outlets to code in my home and garage. Jeremy was awesome and even came back to drop off covers that were on back order after the job was finished. I will be using them again in the future for some other jobs requiring electrical work soon.
