This is the first cleaning services I tried in Boston and they did not disappoint! Took a risk and was very anxious and unsure about letting ppl in my place since I'm only renting but the cleaner was respectful and focused on her job. I felt at ease with her friendly yet professional personality. Next time i might ask for Camille again bc she was lovely
We just moved into a new property and wanted a fresh start before unpacking. This cleaning crew did an amazing job sanitizing every room. They cleaned inside the cabinets, the closets, and even the garage. Knowing that the house is professionally cleaned gives me such peace of mind for my family. The team was polite, fast, and very thorough. I would highly recommend their move in service to anyone who wants their new home to feel truly brand new.
I’ve used Cleanzen consistently since 2019 (every 2-3 weeks). I finally decided to try another company instead after major and consistent communication and service quality issues. Among them are: cleaners misreporting their cleaning time (for per hour service), wearing street shoes in the home while cleaning, consistently missing key high use areas like floors under high chair, and repeatedly needing reminders about requests already noted for years in my file. I’ve tried to have such issues addressed over the years but finally, I decided to give up. They truly don’t value customers and are just a middle person between the customer and the individual cleaning team. It’s obvious that they make a cut for playing virtually no management role. I recommend either hiring another professional company that does a good job managing the cleaners to make the extra price worth it or instead working directly with a cleaning team which will reduce the cost by taking out the middle person.
I had the pleasure of having Abigail as my cleaning person. She was amazing, Very thorough and paid attention to detail. I will definitely have her come back to clean my place again. I’m very happy with the service this agency provides.
I would highly recommend Cleanzen!! I had a same day need and they came through without hesitation. They had 2 very professional cleaners arrive on time and on very short notice! They exceeded my expectations. I will most certainly use them again. The picture might not do justice. This apartment was in really bad shape. I wish I had the before pictures. Thank you Cleanzen!
