This is one of the most welcome and inclusive environments I have ever been in. The instructors are all very skilled and knowledgeable. People of all shapes and sizes are here to learn and express themselvesm It is like having a second family being there. Everone learns at thier own pace and are supported thoroughly and encouraged without being shamed or pushed beyond thier comfort leve.I have gained so much body positivity and confidence that I never thought possible before. My flexibility, balance, gace, and self image have all improved. I went from "I'd like to try that someday", to "I love being a dancer!" I am so grateful for everyone there, and the positive effect it has had on me!

The most inclusive place imaginable. If you have ever felt out of place or unwelcome in any dance or fitness environment, come here. You will feel at home. Plus, I'm stronger now after taking classes here than I ever was going to a traditional gym!
