The Climacool Air Team were very professional. They installed the Air Conditioner unit, and I had minor concerns with the mounting of the unit. Their director called me and without hesitation they were back the next morning less than 4 business hours later to remedy the small concern. It's often not if something goes wrong, but how a company responds to it, and the Climacool Air Team responded to it with speed and clarity and were more than happy to support the concern. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional business who do an exceptional job, and are easy to work with. Thank you to the team, particularly David and Jake who handled the install. The Mitsubishi unit is top class.
We had 3 split system air-conditioner units installed in our bedrooms. They were installed all at once in half a day. They happily followed our instructions and feedback given on the day. We had a minor issue with one of the outdoor units after install which was fixed by the team promptly. Would recommend this service. Good value for money and great advice.
Quick, efficient, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend Climacool for AC servicing. They fixed all our issues with no problems. Something we’ve been trying to get done for years with no luck - until now. Very satisfied with the work they did for us.
I highly recommend the service from the Climacool team! From the initial quote, to installation, and the lovely ladies on the phone, all the staff were on time, friendly, and efficient!! The fact that they only use the best products is reassuring and takes the guess work out of it. They were happy to take cash which is what I had. I am extremely happy! The young med who did the installation even offered to move deck furniture and the BBQ back in to place. Now that is complete service!! 5 stars guys!!!!
I engaged Climacool to reposition an outdoor unit of my split system aircon, which required the technicians and electrician to climb onto and work on the roof over my rear patio, to gain access to the unit. I am able to see the roof where they were working, from my spare bedroom window. To cut a long story short, my roof was left damaged, with several dents and scratches all over the area that they were working. I had a roofing contractor that has worked in my complex before, offer to get up and check over the roof for me. He found rubbish left on the roof, fallen into the gutters, left over screws sitting on top of the outdoor unit. He also cleaned a heap of brick dust left on the roof from drilling new holes for the brackets, and filled some holes left in the brick work, that I was assured were filled when I asked the tech before he left the job. I found a screw left out my indoor unit, which I found on the floor in my office, and refitted myself. The final piece, was when my neighbour handed me the isolator switch over the back fence, which when they removed, must have fallen off the roof into my neighbours yard. There have been some phone call and email exchanges regarding the above. The owner was away at the time, however he responded to my email re the pictures of the scratches with “the scratches you see will not affect the roof or its integrity”. Since the owners return, I was contacted with a date and time for him to come and have a look. I wasn’t able to be home on that day, and offered an alternative. He advised he would be out of town working for another week, and couldn’t make it to me until after that. I further offered an alternative date, expressing that I felt this warranted some priority. I have NOT had a reply, and that was almost a week ago. In all of this, I have NOT received any form of acknowledgement, apology, or offered any priority to come and take a look and discuss further. Not even a phone call from the owner. I did however receive an email requesting feedback/review which states the following:- “ We work really hard to provide the best experience for our customers and are always looking for ways to improve “ “If you have any questions about the work or service that our team has provided you, please don’t hesitate to contact us “
