We have been going to this great clinic since it’s opening. We’ve had dogs, currently Leo, for over 20 years now and can say Dr Louvet and Dr Duconseille are truly the best. They are very receptive to our questions and their medical knowledge is impressive. They take their time to really explain everything for you to understand the situation. You can really feel that the well being of your animal is their top priority. We highly recommend this clinic for its very competent veterinarians and staff and friendly atmosphere.

Highly recommend, service is always great! I’ve been visiting this clinic for the past 3 years and I’m always happy with the care my cat has received. Most of my appointments were with Dr. Louvet and he’s very knowledgeable and kind. Also recommend Dr. Duconseille and Dr. Gombert who have seen my cat as well. Thank you for taking seriously my cat’s health and wellbeing! :)

An absolutely, positively shockingly terrible experience with the alleged owner of this clinic. I'll note that I sincerely question whether or not he has a substance abuse problem and the safety of animals in his care as a result of this. Background: My 1 year old cat came to be sprayed. Everything proceeded normally and she was returned home the same day (so far, excellent!). Within 15 minutes of being home however, the cone that they put on her following the surgery came off by itself. I contact them to advise, noting that I am a little irate over the situation as the cat had done very little since her return and it seemed to not be properly put on resulting in it coming off as quickly as it did. They recommend that I return to place it back on and verify ASAP and so I return once more. I'll note here that they do not provide me any concerns relating to the timeline, simply that I should come as soon as possible (this will be more relevant later). Upon arriving back at the clinic less than 30 minutes later, the vet places the cone back on her and notes that the cone may be too large for her however they do not have any in my cat's size, which is what might have contributed to it falling off so easily. I find this relatively silly as they had my cat's size based on the fact that I came in

I wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Louvet. It’s thanks to his care, attention, and immense medical knowledge that my cat Plusha is living and thriving. Our cat was feeling really bad recently, stopped eating, and lost a lot of weight. We were directed to this clinic to do an ultrasound. Dr. Louvet scheduled us as soon as it was possible, and during just one consultation covered all the possible solutions, reasons and diagnosis. He took all the necessary tests there on spot, and in 3 days we already started the treatment. I’m forever grateful to Dr. Louvet for saving Plusha’s life.

We've been to multiple vets over the years, but this one is by far the best in terms of both service and pricing. Our two dogs, Shyloh and Buster, recently had to go through major surgeries, and we were super happy with the care they received. Dr. Arnaud Louvet is hands down the most caring and attentive vet we've ever had. Not only did he take the time to explain everything to us before the surgeries, but he even reached out the night after the procedure to check on our dog’s recovery. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary clinic!
