Even though they say they are 24x7, they really are not. I tried to have a knee scooter delivered to my on a Sunday, and not only was there no one speak to at their 407 number, but the supply store that it was assigned too would not be open until Monday. Not good customer service.
Deplorable scam! The Cloud website advises no refunds for early returns but due to reviews ( many of which are from other areas of the country) and I thought it unlikely that Cloud and their “partners” would rip off disabled people, I went ahead and reserved a mobility scooter for my nephew who has CP with mobility issues. They make it convenient to drop off at your hotel or accommodations. And when we got to the hotel, it was there. I paid for a crutch holder and they did not include it. Then when we tried it out later that day, it kept stopping and beeping. Can you imagine if you were handicapped and the scooter stopped in the middle of the road when you were crossing? We didn’t even make it a block and had to turn around and go back. I left phone messages and emails to Cloud’s partner Thrifty rentals and they never responded back. I finally got ahold of them at 1:00 the next day. By then I decided that I had spent way too much time dealing with the issue and for the short time we were in San Francisco I didn’t want to waste it dealing with scam artists. My nephew was so looking forward to getting around and exploring. It was the first time he was away from home. Now I’m out $300 for a piece if equipment that wasn’t usable and was actually dangerous. I’d say shame on you to both companies but since they are in business of ripping off disabled people obviously they don’t have the ability to be shamed🥲.
Alquilé una bicicleta durante mi visita a Orlando. Todo estuvo bien, la bicicleta estaba en el hotel en ese momento, en perfecto estado... Desafortunadamente, tuve un accidente (un agujero en la cámara - ver foto :)). Pero han podido organizar mi recogida en algún lugar de Orlando y llevarme de vuelta al hotel. Especialmente, muchas gracias a esa señora que organizó mi rescate (no recuerdo su nombre) y a Jack, el conductor. Él fue muy amable y pasamos un buen rato, incluso en una situación tan mala :)

We were traveling to the Bay Area for my daughter's wedding with twin grandsons. Cloud of Goods made the process of renting baby equipment to use during our visit extraordinarily easy. They were professional, thorough, helpful, convenient and entirely user friendly. I encourage anyone with similar equipment needs to access their services. It was such high quality service that I felt compelled to provide a review - really. It was great.
