Went here for a quick car wash last weekend and overall it was a solid experience. The staff was friendly without being over the top, and they explained the wash options clearly. I went with a basic exterior and interior clean, and my car came out looking noticeably better than when I pulled in. The tires were cleaned well and the windows were mostly streak-free, which I appreciate. It did take a little longer than I expected, but nothing unreasonable. Prices felt fair for the level of service, and the place looked organized and clean. I’d say it’s a dependable spot if you want your car looking refreshed without any hassle.
It's... unremarkable. Not really a spot free wash even with the highest teir. When it was very busy I was left with large water spots. Not sure if the amount of cars going through at one time affects the quality. The interior cleaning supplies are lacking. You only get a towel, vacuum and I've got to go up to them to get the mats cleaned. Not sure if it's the quickest but I think is is slowed by the manual pre-rinse before hand. Though I do appreciate them spraying the wheel wells everytime. However, I'd rather go to Russel Speeders for what, $2 more a month, and have alot more interior cleaning supplies, self serve mat cleaning, better than average wash, and a smile.
My advice is not to take your cars here. One of their machines scratched my car. I filed a claim, and they said the insurance company would get back to me within one to thirty days. I'm upset. I hope they take responsibility! I'll keep you posted to find out whether they did or not.
Stay away from this place. This is really what this place considers a car wash?? Waste of money. Maybe it’s not suited for trucks like mine but it’s a normal 2019 ford f150. Disappointed and will not come here again, which sucks because I really wanted to like it. Update: owner doesn’t do anything when place receives negative feedback and results to just saying things for business and feedback, clearly they just care about taking your money and not making anything right with anyone lol
My driver's side mirror was damaged in the carwash. I filed a claim, and a month later, they told me they would not pay for the damages because it was damaged prior before it went through the carwash, which was a totally false statement on their part. They just don't want to reimburse me for the damage that estimated $519 that I had to pay out of pocket due to their negligence, and I'm a regular customer and I can't believe that this how they treat their customers?? I can't believe these companies can damage someone's property and not take responsibility for it. The owner should be ashamed of how they treat the customers. I'm disgusted and appalled. I'll never do business with them again.
