"Straps off to Carol" 🧘🏾♀️ I didn't know how important recommendations and Correction of form are! I have had chronic hip pain for years! Including Biweekly massages and Chiropractic treatments. I have been a "Gym rat" for decades; including Boot Camp, Bar and mat Pilates. But It wasn't until club pilates Plaza-Midwood that my body actually began to change and produced real long term results. Thank you Carol For always taking the time even after class to teach🧡
Out of all the teachers Jazmine, Lacey and Lindsay the best. I wish they include more 2.0 classes and eve introduce 2.5. Took Hansani class and it was the best 2.0 more teacher like him!
Intro class with Lacey was awesome. Can't wait to come back!! Updated: Lindsey and Lacey's classes are my absolute favorite. I love the options for making a move either more challenging or a little lighter when building up strength. I always look forward to my classes!!
Love Club Pilates so much! The strength and toning that I have gotten since starting has been amazing. I recently started attending Lacey’s classes in Plaza Midwood and they are amazing - very challenging but you definitely feel so much stronger after!
Update 3/22/2025: There are some new instructors at Plaza Midwood that I want to mention — Molly (love her flows), Aryse (great at giving options to push or modifications) , and Ainura (she will make you sweat) are all fantastic and I enjoy taking classes from them because of their knowledge and teaching styles. Carol (she’s amazing) you walk in and leave a class feeling like she designed it just for you. Her emphasis on the full body connection is an Awesome feeling! Lacey is Queen, if I really want to sweat and leave feeling thoroughly worked out I’ll grab any class she offers too. Pilates is my life force!
