I have been attending Club Pilates North for several years now. I absolutely love it! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable & patient. The studio is always clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I have horrible posture from sitting at my desk at work for 10-12 hours every day. Pilates has helped my back & core strength. I feel rejuvenated after each class. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a fun & effective workout. If you aren’t sure what type of workout is best for you, Pilates is always a good place to start. It’s a mix of strength training, flexibility, balance & mobility work. You won’t regret trying it out ….trust me!
The staff is very friendly & helpful! They are amazing, helping local veterans achieve their fitness goals! I'm a disabled veteran & chronic pain warrior. I had an Achilles tendon rupture at the beginning of March and had to drop everything including my Pilates classes, I was devastated. Fast forward 3 1/2 months my achilles tendon had grown back in and the staff was able to work me back in on their schedule for June & July! This was detrimental to my physical therapy & recovery! Core strength is so important to our veterans who can't get this level of service anywhere else! Bravo Zulu to the staff as we say in the military; Job well done! 🎖️
