I literally love this Club Pilates! All the instructors are superb, they are always trying to make sure you’re comfortable and giving you a relaxing and safe environment. I personally have been a member for almost a year and have nothing but spectacular things to say. The reception staff are some of the kindest women you will meet. Instructors are fun and motivating, while still making the class a learning experience and challenging. I love Jen’s fun spirit, Karina’s energy, Lacy’s motivational words and even if I haven’t worked with the other instructors, I’d be more than sure that they are phenomenal as well.
Great variety of Pilates styles based on class type and instructor. I appreciate the higher level classes that integrate core Pilates flow and principles as someone who is classically trained. Shoutout to Jen, great addition to the team and an incredible instructor!
After turning 65 I didn’t know what kind of exercise I would do to stay healthy and flexible. And then I found Jen and Club Pilates! Jenn is an amazing instructor – she allows you to take it slowly and you go at your own pace. The way she instructs makes it clear that she understands physiology and is able to employ that in helping me modify. She is the best!
Josephine was very knowledgeable and confident in her practice. She handled what could've been challenging with 100% GRACE. I can't wait to continue my pilates journey ❣️💪🏼❣️
Club Pilates has been a great addition to my Half and Full Marathon training! Jen has quickly became one of my favorite instructors. Her classes are filled with intentional exercises and movement, and her demeanor helps you feel calm and comfortable.
