Mrs. Lisa is my favorite coach! I love the fact that she pays attention to everyone and will stop to help and correct me if she sees that im struggling with a workout move! And her workouts always leave me feeling sore in all the right places! Absolutely love her shes a true gem 💎
My daughter and I have been coming for a month now. We have loved each class we’ve attended, and already see a significant change in our strength. Each instructor we’ve had challenges us, and have been super helpful. We love Janece, Lisa and Jara at Broken Arrow Club Pilates!!!
I had my introductory Pilates session with Karen, and she was absolutely wonderful. She guided me with such clarity and intention, explaining every movement in a way that felt grounding and empowering. Her presence is warm, uplifting, and filled with radiant energy. She is truly a gifted teacher, and I’m grateful our paths crossed.
I’ve been coming here for a few months now after joining with my wife (about seven sessions in), and I’m honestly surprised how much I’m loving it. I’ve always been more of a gym/weights guy, but Pilates has been incredible for finding muscle groups I didn’t even realize I was missing. I’m feeling more flexible, my back feels stronger, and overall things just feel… better. The instructors do a great job tailoring each workout and explaining the “why” behind the movements. Guys — if you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates or joining your partner, do it. It’s challenging in a different way than the gym, and your body will thank you.
Had my first class today! 🥵 🩷 Janice was fantastic! She was welcoming, helpful, and pushed me to challenge myself when I was comfortable to do so. She helped guide me and the rest of the class throughout the workout so every person was able to participate no matter what level you’re at. Take the step and try out a class! So worth it! Might even make a Pilates friend 🫶🏽
