I've been a memeber for almost 2 years and I wanted to say thank you for being an excellent gym. I work in Wichita Falls and have to settle for the crunch fitness there and let's just say I can't wait to get back to my home gym every week. Thank you!!! P.s. someone has stolen some of the clips again
My wife experienced a billing issue, and I attempted to contact Club4 Fitness through their website, taking the time to clearly explain the situation. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I then tried to resolve the issue in person with the on-site manager, but they explained they did not have the authority to make any decisions to help. Overall, the gym itself is good and I enjoy working out there; however, the customer support has been very limited. I have personally referred four new members to this location, yet there was not even a simple thank-you or any consideration shown when trying to help my wife resolve her billing problem. Because of this, while the facilities are solid, the lack of effective customer service is disappointing.
Club 4 Fitness is easily one of the best equipped and best maintained fitness facilities I know. Having joined almost a year ago and working out there about four or five times a week I have had time observe almost every aspect of the gym I am interested in areas like weights and machines, occasionally the women’s workout room with smaller scaled machines, and amenities like the Infrared rooms, I know others absolutely love their classes. If you want their standout feature that many never use, it is their personal trainers. Try to top them and I don’t think you will. The trainer I use is easily the best I have ever seen or known. My husband thinks he is fantastic, and the friends I have referred like him as much as I do. Club4Fitness gets A+++ ratings from me!
This is the best gym I have ever joined. The gym is super affordable. Gyms usually intimidate me. II have found a place I feel safe and super comfortable with all the equipment. I love the wide variety of workout equipment. . It is brand new and super clean. I love to go to the gym-which is huge!! I love all the extra amenities. I love the steam room, red light therapy plus the motion board to help with lymphatic drainage. My favorite reward after each workout is the Hydromassage. Getting to sit on a warm bed that massages your entire body is an added bonus. They also have a women's only section where you can work out and lift weights and use machines. They have a variety classes for you to choose. I have enjoyed each of the classes I have taken. There all ages young and old. It is a huge facility and so it never feels to crowded.
I been a member of Club 4 for almost 2 years. Going there is so welcoming. Starting with the manager and the gym staff are amazing! The wide variety of machines and equipments are well maintained, great instructors and trainers helping with our goal achievement!
