I had half head foils with holly and she was so friendly and welcoming. took my hair from a dark brown to such a natural looking blonde. I have never been so happy with my hair ever! I will definitely be back! x
Worst experience at a salon. Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional I booked a hair perming appointment at Coast & Crown Newcastle (near The Rydges Hotel) and paid $190 for the perm, plus an extra $30 for a trim after being upsold with the promise of a better outcome . I followed every aftercare instruction given by the stylist during the 48 hours wash wait, as instructed. However, after just two days+, when I washed my hair, there was no perm left. My hair had never looked worse and severely lowered mg confidence. I contacted the salon expecting a professional response, but instead of taking responsibility, the stylist refused to accept the issue, made excuses, and offered neither a refund nor a redo. For a service that costs over $200, this level of accountability is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of money and time. If you’re considering perming here, be very careful—once they take your money, they don’t seem interested in fixing their mistakes. Very disappointing experience. Will not be returning and would not recommend. The following photos were taken after mg hair was washed, curl cream worked into my hair and 90% dry. All friends and family that saw my hair questioned the perm and agreed it looked as if my hair had been braided and undone, demanding I speak to the owner and get my money back. This cannot be called a perm.
Suzie was absolutely amazing. I am thrilled with my colour and she was so great at advising me. The salon is lovely and a beautiful haven in a busy time of year. Highly recommended

Love the products great range but most of all my hairdresser was so cool & did such a brilliant job colouring my hair. Did everything I asked & its good value for money. I had a wonderful experience at the salon! Holly’s service was amazing — from the most relaxing head massage to the incredible attention to detail in my haircut. She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure everything was just right, and the result was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier!
