This RV store is a reliable place to purchase an RV, and they follow through on their promises. My only issue was with the salesperson, who was retired from a different career and lacked extensive knowledge about RVs. He was helpful until after the sale was made, then seemed to disappear. However, after reaching out to the general manager with my concerns, they promptly addressed them, which was reassuring. It's essential for them to have salespeople who understand motorhomes and can fulfill their promises. The positive aspect is that Coast RV Center did honor their word. Would I consider buying another RV from them? Possibly. I felt like they didn't take our purchasing intentions seriously, especially considering our potential for buying a higher-priced rig in the future. It seemed as if they didn't value our return business. Additionally, I sensed a hint of racism, as my husband is Hispanic. However, I must commend the general manager and upper management for treating us well and addressing our concerns promptly. The staff at the facility could improve in terms of honesty and respect towards customers, hence the four-star rating. The four stars are primarily attributed to the management's integrity and follow-through, which I truly appreciate.
