Very helpful and friendly! Our card wasn’t working and the employee was patient and helped us figure it out. Our favorite car wash for sure!
I enjoy this car wash in terms of performance. Lately it’s been a little jammed up and the team doesn’t do anything to support the process or long lines… for example helping process payments or direct the flow of cars at entry since people can’t seem to figure it out. My biggest issue is the manager, he’s unfriendly and seems to be just collecting a check. The dryers blow so hard that my gas flap door popped open and got ripped off. The employees asked for my information for him to call me- he never did. It happened again sometime later and he went and got the part that came off, handed it to me, and walked away. No apologies or attempt to repair. Nothing. Go for a good wash, not good service.
This place is really good actually, but last time I went this indian guy working there made me open my window late just as i was about to go in the actual car wash to give me the dash wipes they always give out, so some water got in my car. All the other workers have gave me the wipes earlier before i’m going in the car wash. Not a big deal but kinda pissed me off , like he couldn’t have gave it sooner?
Probably worst car wash in Long Beach. I’ve had better washes at the stand alone wash on Los Coyotes. Bird poop, mud, tree sap, you name it… and it won’t wash off here. Save your money and go somewhere else. The guy even tried to pre-treat parts of my car but it didn’t help 😂. Been here a few times, but too many chances than I should have.
Great car wash usually. Recommend that a sign is clearly installed at the front for the receipt rule to collect all the items when purchasing a tsunami wash. Seems fishy to have a sign once you enter saying you won’t receive everything you pay for. I get they are trying to keep folks from taking advantage of the system, but it comes of as them taking advantage of paying customers.
