Cobalt is an amazing studio! They have so much equipment, props, and lighting available to make any vision possible. Full changing room and makeup/hair stations. The owners are constantly adding new things and sprucing up the space. They offer workshops for anyone that wants to be involved in creative photoshoots or learn more about photography/modeling. I've been to multiple workshops and rented the space out for private shoots. Always had a great experience there and it's well priced for the amount of stuff they have to offer. Definitely recommend this place!

We run photography portrait workshops and hands down, Cobalt is our favorite Portland studio. It’s spacious and can comfortably fit our attendees, and we typically set up 3-4 shooting areas all at once. Dozens of paper backdrop colors, complete lighting equipment, props, clothes, a dressing room, and MUA area with 3 stations. Super great hourly booking rates. Our attendees are always happy with the workshops we host at Cobalt.

I love this studio! It’s super spacious and lots of areas to shoot. I especially love the HMUA stations and dressing room. So many props and clothes to borrow during photo sessions, there’s literally something for everyone here!

What a great studio. We loved all the props the decorations; it was so perfect. From the boots to anything you can think of to create different looks, scenarios and content. We could’ve spent all day there! We took over 100 pictures and rented the studio for two hours. I’m glad such a place exists in Portland! I will go back and rent it again!!
