Worst customer service. DO NOT GO!!! Their finance/admin department likes to take their sweet time wishing after 2-3 weeks you will forget to follow up on your query. Also, the ladies helping after hours are clueless to most of the questions. Their customer service reminds me of the old Greyhound customer service - the department exists because it is required but not to solve issues or problems. Useless!! I had booked tickets for my family and friends visiting me. The day before one of them showed COVID positive using the self testing kit, and we decided to self-isolate. I called them to explain the reason and they gave me a gift card saying its valid for all services. Few years later, realizing I had this card, I tried using it but turns out they operate under different subsidiary and it won't work for me. I ask for a refund and am shown the fine print which was never shared with me verbally or at the time of sending me the gift card. Pascale, their finance admin thinks the fine print works retroactively and tells me I should be grateful for them giving me a gift card indicating it's okay to have given COVID to the other riders. The COVID world was a different reality. All I was looking for was a refund of my purchase because I still have an un-used gift card. I no longer wish to use their service because of the poor experience and getting stuck between their departments. Scrolling through your comments, I am not the only one with this negative experience. I will file a complaint with Ontario Consumer protection! Let's see you defend your email advising me to be grateful for the gift card during COVID circumstances and retroactively flaunting the fine print after YOUR employee sends me a gift card. I DID NOT purchase it, I am NOT liable to the Terms & Conditions. Would have given 0/5 but Google won't allow me.

My husband and I had a fantastic datenight on cobblestone tours. We went on the Christmas Lights tour. The heated bus makes three stops where one can get off and enjoy tge lights. The staff was friendly, the experience fantastic and we even got candy canes to eat!

We did the last tour at 4pm. It was very informative, got to see and learn a little about some major landmarks. Got to see some places that otherwise by foot we wouldn’t have seen. And on the way back as it was getting dark we got to see some of the Christmas lights around the city. Very nice tour, would recommend if you are in the area

If you have visitors or new to Ottawa yourself, get to know the Capital City and it's landmarks stress free with Cobblestone. Riding their vintage bus is definitely a bonus and makes it a unique, informative and memorable tour.
