Went for a friend's birthday. Great staff very knowledgeable & friendly even though we came close to closing time. They had a pop up chef. Food was so good. Wine recommendations paired perfectly with our meal.
Had the best time at CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar on Saturday night! Four of us stopped in after dinner, and it was the perfect ending to the evening. I tried a delicious wine flight recommended by the manager—each pour was wonderful—but honestly, the highlight was the conversation. The manager shared the story behind CoCo Noir and the owner’s vision for creating such a beautiful respite in the heart of downtown Oakland. This place is more than a wine bar—it’s a community space with heart, history, and intention. If you haven’t visited yet, make it a priority. You’ll be so glad you did! 🍷✨
Amazing wine options, and extended option for a flight. (Mine was sweet x fruity forward ) Partner and I easily parked nearby, but there is transit nearby and also Bike (including Lyft) parking nearby. They also host different types of events like happy hours and more.
Wonderful place!! We had the red wine flight & the white wine flight just to try a few things. We also had their snacks for the night, very yummy. There was live music & the vibe was just perfect in there. The service was great, will be coming back to try future wine selections :D
Perfection! No notes!! Bring you own bottle, allow them to chill it while you chill and enjoy the ambiance and conversation. The hummus plate wonderful. The night I came in with a friend, there was a live music from an amazing band. 10/10. 100% recommend.
