Recently found this pizza spot over the holidays. And I have been back 4-5 times. The pizza is amazing and most definitely the best pizza I have had in the area. The staff was awesome matched well with the cool dive bar atmosphere. Shout out to the cooks that make the top tier food, as well as to my server Adell . 10/10 recommend
I went with my two kids. One ordered spaghetti and meatballs, other shared a pizza and I ordered a beer. The beer sat at the bar for ten minutes until I asked the waiter to please bring it. I asked her when she came to tell me there were no meatballs. We still went with the pasta and sauce because the child who ordered has dietary restrictions that didn’t allow for other things in the menu. They still charged us the 13.99 of spaghetti and meatballs!! Zero meat, still 14$. I asked if that was correct and the said yes.
Visited Cogans Pizza for a weekday lunch with colleagues. The experience was mixed. The pizzas came out with noticeable inconsistencies: some pies were dense and overly thick, while others were so soft that slices fell apart. The space itself feels more like a bar that happens to serve pizza rather than a dedicated pizzeria—basic, casual, and clearly geared toward the after-work crowd. I ordered a 16” pie with mild sauce, mozzarella, ham, chicken, and pineapple, along with a Diet Coke. The bill came to $47, which is steep for what you get. The tomato sauce tasted underdeveloped, carrying that raw, slightly sour note you get when it hasn’t been cooked long enough. On the positive side, they offer a wide tap selection, and I can see the place working well if you’re here for drinks first and food second. After several beers, both the atmosphere and the pricing might feel more forgiving. Overall, not a bad spot, but certainly not a value play. Given the price-to-quality ratio, I wouldn’t return for lunch.
The buffalo chicken pizza is not buffalo chicken pizza had old onion on it old chicken. I know blue cheese is old cheese, but it looks rotten. Make sure you don’t get thin crust pizza because it’s literally a sheet of tortilla bread with sauce.
Absolutely wonderful! First time after hearing about this place a lot from coworkers and it is absolutely worth the hype. The place was light since it was early afternoon, but the vibe of the place is very welcoming. The staff is extremely kind! Had the BBQ pizza and it was so good I forgot to let it cool down or even take a picture until I was halfway through it. Definitely coming back next time I'm in the area to try more of the food there!
