Great experience at Colaw Fitness! I want to give a special thanks to Aidan for supporting me through the sign-up process. He treated me well, was very patient, and answered all my questions. His positive attitude made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Victoria helped me out. It was an easy process. $1 down and only $7/month if you check-in 12 times/month. I toured it immediately after signing up and was surprised by how well maintained it looks. Modern weight stations and loads of amenities. For the value you’re getting/paying this is easily a 4.7/5 (round it up)
On 01/08/26 I and my sisters went to get a membership because we are motivated to work on ourselves. We met Caleb and he is sincerely very polite and informative, thanks to him we were guided to choose the membership that is most convenient for our lifestyle. I felt very fortunate to have someone make us feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you, Caleb! You’re awesome!
I visited Colaw Fitness in Arlington, Texas with questions about opening a membership, and I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Caleb! He did an outstanding job of explaining the membership, benefits, and everything that comes with it. Caleb made sure all my questions were answered and even asked if there was anything else he could help with. Everyone needs a Caleb – his customer service skills are top-notch! Way to go! It’s so refreshing to experience excellent customer service during the time when it’s rare to find. Highly recommend Colaw Fitness and their amazing team.
I’m so excited I just signed up today! Valy was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I originally visited a few months ago for a walk-through with Brian, and he was just as welcoming and informative. I’m really looking forward to this new beginning here. I also noticed they have the Holy Bible on display, which means a lot to me. Knowing they’re faith-based is a major plus! I can’t wait to start my fitness journey and get my free 3D body scan. Feeling motivated already!
