“Failure to Dislose” I’m a 100% permanently disabled Veteran. Mary Tatum knew this. I Purchased one of Mary Tatum’s listing. House was listed as having a crawlspace. Inspection of the crawlspace wasn’t possible due to no access. Radon test was high. Seller agreed to pay for radon mitigation system prior to closing. Mary Tatum was the point of contact as sellers live out of the Country. Mary Tatum arranged for Aspen Radon to install system. An opening was cut in the floor to access crawlspace. There is no crawlspace! Thus, Aspen Radon could not install a vapor barrier and would not guarantee the mitigation system. They informed Mary Tatum of this by email (They sent me a copy). Mary Tatum I never shared this vital information. I would never have purchased this house! The current radon reading is 67.2pCi/L! My house is too dangerous to live in, so moved in with my Daughter. The house literally sits on dirt in some areas and the MAX space from the floors to dirt is 12” . The wood frame and joists sit on the dirt and some are completely buried in the dirt. Mary Tatum was informed a vapor barrier was not possible because of the condition of the crawlspace. I called Mary Tatum and she hung-up on me. Baylee Carter never returned my emails or calls. Mary Tatum and Baylee Carter represent the worst of Real Estate agents. The VA appraiser was lied to. This house did not qualify for VA financing! Mary Tatum and Baylee Carter cared nothing for my well-being, only their commission money. They have refused accountability for their deceitful actions. If my Daughter weren’t in Colorado, I’d be homeless.
