We came here for a ear piercing, after making an appointment online. The employees are very friendly and welcoming, the vibe is very laidback and relaxing which is great right before your appointment. Vee was the artist who got the piercing done, she was very friendly and made my partner feel very comfortable.

Zero customer service! I will never come back. I went to the shop today to check if it was possible to buy piercing jewelry and replace my current ones with the new ones at the store. It was purely an inquiry and the receptionist reacted annoyed at my question and stated that the waiting time was 1h30. I was surprised about her attitude but brushed it apart and asked about the price of Jewelry. Once again I was met with annoyance and condescending attitude. She said "If I have to tell you the prices for each piece of Jewelery, I'll have to stay here all day". I was shocked and never felt this at any other shop. They lost a client right there! I was open to book an appointment the next day or coming back later, which she never proposed. And regarding the prices, there is no price indicated on the showcased piercings. I could have easily shared the ones I was interest in and she could have checked the prices for them, which she never proposed. This kind of attitude is what makes you loose clients. A successful business needs to train or hire their staff with people skills in order to maintain and aquire new clients. I'm shocked and never come back. 1 star.

Didn’t even get a tattoo and I’m unhappy with their service. Left several messages with both locations and they did not respond until days later. Though this was two days before they were closed for one day during thanksgiving so I can understand, but then I called and left messages a little after they opened at 11am today and they did not respond until several hours later. As I’m from out of town and leaving today I made efforts to arrange this several days ago. Slow text message replies and very little communication. No effort towards welcoming or pleasant customer service. Do not go here if you want high quality fast communication and service

Great experience with ear piercing for my 6 year old daughter. Special thanks to master - Mike, very positive attitude and super reassuring , my kid did not even shed a tear. Highly recommend !
