It's usually busy, but for vehicle registration... you sign in and there seems to be dedicated people. I gotva ticket and was called in around five minutes. They take cash, check, and charge 2% i think, for ANY card transaction. The other people waiting are on a different wait list.
On 12/31/25 Annabelle was absolutely wonderful! She assisted me promptly with no wait time and was professional, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The space was clean and well-organized, with bright lighting that truly made a difference. Parking was also easy and stress-free. Overall, a great experience—thank you, Annabelle! Much different service overall than the long wait at the Frisco location on Monday omg.. so thank you!
Took my grandmother for renewal of handicap placards and was helped by Dee. I cannot say enough great things about her and her efficient service. We really appreciated her! I’ve been here before and only have complaints about the size of the office, lack of seating during busy times, and a very limited number of handicap parking spots. All the clerks are great and I appreciate their willingness to help and their speed of service. Reminder that most of the needed documents can be found online and filled out before getting to the office and will tell you what documents to bring.
I just wanted to share some feedback, the online hours currently say this place is open until 7 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I stopped by on a Tuesday after work because those hours made it convenient for me, but unfortunately, it was closed. I waited a few minutes and saw several others show up expecting it to be open too. It would be really helpful if the hours online could be updated so people can plan their visits more easily. Hoping this helps improve the experience for everyone!
I went for my car's registration renewal last day and the whole thing was super easy. Booked the appointment prior, so didn't had to wait in the line. Just scanned the QR code at entry, got checked-in and they called my number right away. The staff was very friendly and renewed the registration within 5 mins. PS: Use cash, if you don't want to pay extra $2 as credit card transaction charge.
