Steven, the CEO, is always looking for ways to improve how they serve clients, and it shows in all the little details. Since we began working with CWG they have added 401k management and in-house tax services to their offerings! It just makes sense. As an educator, I appreciate the intentionality behind how they communicate—offering updates in multiple formats (emails, short videos, and guest speakers) that cater to different learning styles and make financial concepts easy to grasp. After each meeting, they send a clear follow-up email summarizing what we discussed, breaking down next steps, and assigning us tasks with deadlines. It’s thoughtful and organized—I can stay fully present during our conversations instead of scrambling to take notes.
