We heard about the summer camps from a friend and travelled across the city to give it a go. We were met with warmth and kindness. Each day was a magical adventure that led to excitement and anticipation for the next day. After the first camp, we signed up for more camps because the magical fun was accompanied by enriched learning experiences. There were opportunities to explore foundational concepts about music and explore various instruments. In addition to all of this great content, I appreciated the time and effort put towards communicating any challenges and brainstorming solutions. We are so grateful for these experiences and excited to return!

My toddler son and I both have a blast attending music lessons at Colourstrings for the past year. We prefer attending music lessons here as it's overall a clean environment with great heating during cold weathers and as the groups are much smaller compared to other music classes we attended, which allows instructors to better accommodate students which the students can get more out of while learning. Coraline is such a sweet and lovely teacher; an amazing pianist and sings with such a beautiful voice and in different languages. Laura's excellent violin playing is mesmerizing for both parent and child; her sense of humour makes the classes extra entertaining. Eventually my son ends up singing along. It's hard being away from music lessons at Colourstrings given how wonderful our experiences have been here, which is a reason why we keep going each term and even during summer.

Both of my kids started their music journey with colourstrings since they were 8-10months old. Laura's class is particularly super engaging and fun. Unlike other music programs in the city, colourstrings program divides the class by the kids age group. And so the songs and activities are tailored for their age. Its truly one of a kind. I highly recommend this program for parents who are looking for music class for kids 0-5

We absolutely love colourstrings! My kids have been attending classes for about 7 years now! The instructors are amazing! The music and movement classes were great and my kids got lots of compliments when singing for fun that they could do it well and it was because of those classes. My oldest takes violin now and enjoys it because she got the musical start before learning and instrument! This really is a wonderful music class and I highly recommend it!
