Really good service. The backlight regulator on my 4 month old tv had failed. The manufacturer sent Coltch the job. It was a quick response, they kept me updated, and the 2 nice gentlemen had it fixed in 20 minutrs. I'd recommend them, and call them again.
The guys from Coltech Electronics were servicing my Samsung flat screen tv on behalf of Samsung. The guys were very knowledgeable, experienced and clean with their work. They were at my home for about 90 minutes and solved my problem with efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend them to service your electronics.
Very unprofessional! Talking fast and refusing to repeat saying I could understand them fine?? Really?? Demanding I provide proof of issues with my tv. I made it clear it was intermittent. One issue was tv will randomly shut off.. how can you prove a tv randomly shuts off when you have no idea when it will shut off? Refused to provide service until I show video of tv turning off! I then called bestbuy and they said with issues like that I do not have to provide proof as it’s impossible! They agreed that Coltech was very unprofessional! Dont deal with this company!
They set appointment and communicated well. Sent a technician that easily diagnosed my flat screen. Took it apart, soldered a new part in and was done. Everything went well
Highsense support referred repair issue with my TV to Coltech . I had email response promptly from Coltech within 48 hrs that a part was ordered and a few days later they set up a time to pickup the unit for repair. It was returned in working order next day . Very pleased with Coltech's service .
