Had Kevin S. Come and service. My Furnace today was very pleased and letting me know when he was coming and showing up as noted. He also was very informative as to what issues I had with my furnace and explained issues as well. I will be definitely asking for him the next time when he comes to service my home.

I elected to replace with new versus repairing an old system. The diagnostic service was easily scheduled and done the same day by a friendly tech named Bob. Jeff in sales was polite and the Installation was done professionally by Brian and Josh. All my questions were answered
Purchased a high efficiency HVAC system with their June 40% discount. 5 stars for the install technicians, Jeff and Angel were great! Very professional, they answered and explained any questions I had. I was impressed with how they got everything to fit in the tight space with barely any room to work. I thought I’d have to cut out drywall for the filter access, but they made it fit. They sealed up every leak with tape or silicone and even attached one branch duct that was originally just loosely sitting in place. The comfort specialist never returned my calls or texts after the initial install appointment that was rescheduled 4 times. 10-21-25 Had a great call with the phone support and easily scheduled a repair for the furnace thats giving code 22 every since the heat started being used.
