Hosted in a single weird venue but it turned out to be good enough to support a very funny show. It was actually way more legit funny and professional than we were expecting. Really fun night out with friends. Highly recommend!

We purchased tickets to one of the venues and when we got there there was absolutely no parking whatsoever. We were literally driving around for a good 30 minutes trying to find parking to this venue they have right by apartments. Then finally we give up because at this point we’re already late and ended up leaving to reschedule. Then we rescheduled for another weekend. Planned out everything and even got a babysitter for our kids and literally on our way to the show, really last minute like 30 minutes before showtime, they sent an email that said they had to cancel the show because a “power outage” this is absolutely one of the worst experiences I ever experienced. Definitely do not recommend unless you are just trying to waste YOUR TIME.

I attended The (Not So) Late Show at Seawolf Pub in Oakland on a Saturday night, and it was an absolute blast! If you’re looking for a fun night out with nonstop laughs, talented comedians, and a cozy, laid-back atmosphere, this show is the place to be. The lineup was phenomenal: Samson Koletkar made sure everyone was seated comfortably and was an excellent host throughout the event. One of the best bonuses? They have QR codes near the seating area, so you can conveniently order food, drinks, and more right from your seat! No need to miss a single punchline while standing in line at the bar—it’s such a thoughtful and modern touch. The venue itself is intimate and vibrant, perfect for enjoying live comedy. The crowd was lively, the vibe was welcoming, and the food and drinks just added to the experience. If you’re in Oakland or nearby, don’t miss the shows by Comedy Oakland. It’s a perfect mix of laughs, great service, and fun—this is definitely a show I’ll be coming back to.

Gané 2 entradas gratis a través de Yelp para asistir a las noches de comedia, así que traje a mi esposo una noche de jueves. Fue nuestra primera vez tanto para el evento como para el lugar. Disfrutamos mucho de los artistas de stand-up y definitivamente había algunos favoritos de la noche :). El lugar está bastante genial, el personal es amable y eficiente, y disfrutamos de los monkey finger bites y de las bebidas. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo!
