From my initial call with Max, Founder & CEO, to the sitting and communications provided by Jennifer, my experience with Comfort Zone Sitters (CZS) was extremely detailed and personalized. When you are entrusting your furry family member - and your home - to a new entity and team, you want to ensure you feel comfortable and secure with how things will be handled. The updates provided by Jennifer were thorough and included supporting photos and videos. CZS has a checklist they send you (via a link to their portal) after every visit specific to what occurred. In addition, when I had a concern regarding the first visit and timing, I received an immediate response from Max and was assured of when Jennifer would be arriving. I would highly recommend CZS for your pet sitting services. As noted above, their personalized and detailed approach as well as their communications platform differentiates them from others.
