The team was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about every detail of the job. They identified the issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done right. Worked with Commercial Flat Roof to fix the roof on a warehouse. It was an excellent experience! They were able to come out and complete the work within a week of signing, and came in substantially below other bids. We had a minor leak a few days after the work was complete, and a crew was out to fix it within 24 hrs. Since then (5 months ago), we've had zero issues. I will absolutely use them again!
Excellent customer experience. Had them install two TPO roofs for me in South Tower Grove on historic houses. They came back 6 years later to repair a leak from bullet holes on one of the roofs. (Gotta love the City.) They were very responsive and professional. Took lots of pics while inspecting the leak and identified a few other, non-roof, things that needed repair. Highly recommend.

Angelo and his time at The Flat Roof Company have been excellent to work with- they initially promised a wait time of 10-14 days for a project, but came in and finished it up the next day! And when costs went a little higher than expected, they threw in a few services free of charge to help balance things out. The work was fast, non intrusive, and they care to do it up right. Highly recommend!
