We were very happy with the extensive work that was recently done on our vehicle. An accurate estimate was given, and their ongoing communication during the repair process was excellent! I would highly recommend this shop!
We have been taking our cars here since we moved to Colorado in 2014. They have been so supportive and explain each service clearly and they don’t overcharge! They work hard to get our vehicle out on a timely manner and call us if there are any updates or concerns. Seems like they are genuine technical experts and we have recommended them to all our family member and friends who ALSO, appreciate their work!
I went there because my daughter lives close and I was visiting from Texas. They ran a diagnostics for me for free because maintenance needed light came on and they put on my windshield wipers I had in my trunk and filled up my wiper fluid for free. They are such nice guys. I gave their contact information to my daughter. She has an old car as well. They made sure I got back home safe and sound.
Excellent service, no complaints! I have taken my car here twice so far. The first time, I needed a couple of new parts and some routine maintenance done, plus an oil change. The service was very quick and efficient with perfectly reasonable pricing. The second time I took it there, they were able to deduce the source of my issue came from my windshield. They couldn’t fix the glass themselves, but were able to quote me same day for new windshield from a nearby provider. They gave me a report explaining the issue, but didn’t charge me for this inspection and report, which was really nice. I had a technician come from a glass company to look at my windshield, and they essentially confirmed the issue was exactly what these folks at Community Auto said it was. Even though Community couldn’t fix the glass themselves, they quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue so I could get it fixed in a timely manner. Efficient and honest service with respectable pricing, not much more you can ask from your mechanic! I will be bringing my car back here when I next need service

They’re the heart of this shop—welcoming, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. From scheduling to follow-ups, they kept everything organized and clear, and always made sure I felt heard and supported. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through the door. They bring such a warm, personal touch to the experience you don’t often find that in an auto repair shop! Ismael, the service manager, was just as fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the issues with my car, patiently answered all my questions, and gave honest recommendations without a hint of upselling. His professionalism and expertise made me feel confident that my car was in good hands.
