Been going here for maybe 3 years. The first year was good. Then 2023 I get my taxes done along with my husband. 9 weeks later still no taxes. I call Nathan 10 times asking what's up. NEVER would he call me back. Finally I show up and he says accidentally he never sent them in. Same year he does my Aunt who is 90. Her taxes were rejected. After paying him money to do her taxes he suggest we should call the IRS. We need help fixing her taxes. We have called MANY MANY times. IF YOUR TAXES GET REJECTED THEY WILL NOT HELP OR EVEN RETURN YOUR CALL. NEVER GOTO NATHAN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE YOUR $300 AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Read their yelp reviews all saying the same thing they'll take your money and ignore you if something is wrong.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nathan has been a great pleasure to work with. He educates me as we go and handles all of the heavy lifting while still teaching me exactly what we are doing. 10/10 recommend.
If there were 6 stars, Mark Cox would get that rating!! We have been having him prepare our returns for more than 15 years & he always goes above & beyond for us. I may only see him once or twice a year, but he is one of my favorite people!! Go to Complete Tax Service if you need peace of mind.
Can’t get any one to call me back after filing our taxes over a month ago..Taxes were rejected.. i had to call to get an update no one bothered to call us. I have called numerous times to talk to Nate or his father and no one has called me back this is going on week #3. Next i am filing a report with IRS!
Our taxes were a bit confusing and Nate did amazing in helping us get them straightened out. He made sure to talk along while working so we could see what he was doing. And the price was so reasonable. Highly, highly recommend Complete Tax Service
