I couldn’t be happier with my laser hair removal experience. From the very first appointment, the staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. They explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout each session. The treatments were quick and surprisingly manageable, and I started seeing noticeable results much sooner than I expected. Hair growth has significantly reduced, my skin feels smoother, and I no longer deal with constant shaving, irritation, or ingrown hairs. The technology they use feels modern and effective, and the clinic itself is always clean and professional. What really sets this place apart is the consistency and attention to detail — every session felt personalized, and they truly care about results, not just rushing appointments. This has been such a confidence booster and one of the best self-care investments I’ve made. I love my girl laya, she's the best of the best!! Thank you queen! 🫶🏼

I booked a laser hair removal session through Groupon and unfortunately had trouble getting the appointment confirmed. My original appointment for Tuesday Nov 25 was canceled the same day, and when I tried to reschedule for Wednesday Nov 26, I didn’t get a clear confirmation. When I called, I was told I’d receive an update within an hour, but the response came several hours later and too close to the appointment time to make it work. The provider suggested a weekend option, so I proposed 10 a.m. on Saturday Nov 29, but I didn’t receive a reply. I also tried calling again on Friday and wasn’t able to reach her. I understand things come up, but after several attempts on my end, I wasn’t able to secure an appointment. Because I couldn’t get a confirmed time after multiple tries, I ended up requesting a refund through Groupon. Just sharing my experience so future customers know to expect possible scheduling delays.

I completely trust Laya because she works with such diligence and integrity. For example, she shows me the products prior to using them, so I'm informed about what she's doing. She is so attentive to details and handles my skin with such care. Laya puts love into her services, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that I leave happy, beautiful, and confident.

Ive been to many laser hair removal places around the country in the last 20 years. Laya is by far the best, kindest, and the most thorough of anyone Ive ever been to. I just completed 3 sessions with her and will be going to her from now on for touchups or any other service she offers that I might need.
