My Dell laptop was having multiple hardware issues, so I decided to go local and try CompuDOS. I am so glad that I did! This is honestly the best customer service I have ever encountered from a computer repair place. After paying a diagnosis fee (which is completely reasonable, as otherwise, Hadi would have to work for free!) I was given an honest, realistic impression of the damage to my computer. I paid a small amount more (I was undercharged, I think!) for some repairs there and then, but Hadi was able to give me advice about what to do in the long-term as well. Throughout the process, Hadi stayed in touch via e-mail / text so I knew when to come and pick up the machine or call over the phone to discuss repairs. It was very convenient. I would recommend everyone in the area ignore the big companies (who will overcharge and under-deliver!) and go with CompuDOS. The staff are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and their interest is clearly in building long-term relationships with local computer users.

Brilliant service - quick and hassle free. I somehow cracked my relatively new laptop screen. Fixed within an hour! Perfect job for a great price. Absolutely as good as brand new. Highly recommend - will use again.
