Battery was replaced. During the "repair" several screws were lost, parts not put back correctly, and etc. This caused the motherboard to get fried and required a new one. Thousands of dollars spent because of a terrible job. Sent several text sent about these issues and no response. Had the manufacturer do the repairs correct and fix the problems created by this guy.

Great communication and very friendly service. I had a spill on my keyboard and despite my efforts to clean, I needed an expert’s help. He ordered the parts and completely replaced the keyboard on my MacBook Air. He explained his plan and updated me as needed. His price was fair (at least compared to what I quickly googled), and he worked quickly! Highly recommend!

After spending days building my first custom PC, I could not get it to boot up. I dropped off my PC with David and he kept me updated as he disassembled my PC and diagnosed the problem. He took pictures along the way and sent them all to me. When he found the problem, he sent a picture to me, fixed it, and then provided me with recommendations for what to do if I ever have the problem again. The picture attached is the picture he sent me that showed the problem the PC was having. When I arrived to pick up my PC, he walked me through the problem in person, explaining how he fixed it and allowing me to test it out to ensure everything was working properly. 10/10! I will be using him as my computer repair guy for any future issues I may have with my PC or with my laptops. Thanks again David!
