Ive never given 5stars to a company who actually turned down our work.... BUT... Mark explained that our business was too small for their services, but then continued to spend time talking me through a couple of issues and tried to help over the phone with some signposting and tips that I could check out myself. Computer Geeks are easily one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure working with. The service they have provided to us has been truly brilliant and am I extremely grateful to the whole team for all their support in assisting me in my role as Office Manager of a large venues and events business (I honestly don't know what I would do without them!). Our project Manager Ross Walford has been amazing in helping us to update our IT solutions and moving everything over to our new office. They act like they are part of your team, and have a genuine interest in seeing you prosper as a business. Having been a partner with them for nearly a year now, the amount we have accomplished and the improvements we have made to the business have been amazing. It's so important in IT support that there is 2-way communication that is open and honest, because generally when people ask for help they want a problem fixed in real-time, and Geeks deliver where other companies fail. Would highly recommend.
