I have been a customer of Computer Link since 2018. I was referred by Apple, as Computer Link is an authorized Apple dealer. Computer Link has updated and recently fixed my older MacBook Pro. I was so concerned that I may have lost all of my data, but they pinpointed exactly what the problem was, ordered the part, and fixed it right away. They have also worked on my daughter's MacBook Pro when the hard drive died and did an excellent job. Tony is wonderful! He kept me informed every step of the way and my laptop was quickly fixed. He is very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, professional, and honest. I will only take my computers and Apple Products to Computer Link to be worked on; they truly are the best!

Purchased the AppleCare for the new iPhone 17 and brought my phone in to get fixed, however stated that this would require a test and then would order the screen. Waited two days and called back to find that they never ordered the screen and never attempted to give me a call and explain that there is no screens available for this phone and was a waste of my time and do not recommend this company. Wish they would’ve communicated with me and could’ve had my phone fixed by now but instead they don’t have very good customer service to give a customer a heads up and would recommend to find a different company to do business with if you have a phone repair needed.

I went to Computer Link to get my iPhone 14+ camera and flashlight fixed after dealing with the horrible process and service at Best Buy (but that’s a whole different review). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Tony at the counter who helped get the process started right away. The tech ran diagnostics and discovered that my camera and flash had a system malfunction and would need a part replaced. They ordered the part and let me know they’d call when it arrived. The part came in today (Wednesday), and I dropped off my phone. The tech told me it would be ready in 2–3 hours—and sure enough, exactly 2.5 hours later, I got the call that it was ready for pickup. My camera and flashlight are now fully functional! Thank you, Computer Link, for your quality and expedited service. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tech needs
