Any and all computer repair work is getting taken right to him in the future.
STAY AWAY!!!!!! This man is a SCAMMER!!!! Horrible customer service, poor communication, and extremely OVERPRICED! This man didn’t even fix my computer. He charged me over $200.00 to give me a computer that was in worse shape than when I took it in. His “solution” was to just sell me another computer bc he couldn’t fix mine. I took it immediately to Best Buy…. Geek Squad fixed it within 30 minutes and had my laptop working like new again. I should have just gone to Best Buy in the first place. This business is such a fraud! Do not go!!
The team here helped me out with my MacBook broken screen, and the battery was replaced later on, fast, efficient, and quick service, Juan was very friendly and helpful towards my situation, thank you so much!
