After contacting Apple because the camera on my iPhone stopped working they recommended that I bring it in to an Apple Store for maintenance. I didn’t want to drive all the way to Short Pump or Chesterfield so they recommended Computerology, which happens to be much closer to where I live. I contacted Brad through Facebook and he responded almost immediately. He was able to walk me through a reset which fixed my issue. I highly recommend Brad and his company for your computer/phone fixes and repairs! Extremely professional, and helpful!

Apple quoted me ridiculously high price just to “fix” my computer that was never broken. Apple also never mentioned the dormancy issue that can happen when their devices sit unused (which is exactly what happened to mine). Thankfully, Computerology in Richmond diagnosed and fixed it without the Apple price tag. They’re Apple-certified, honest, and way more transparent.

S/O to everyone at computerology especially marnie!!! i came in with a messed up screen, ended up needing a new battery and through it all, she was just so sweet and patient , customer service is top tier and my computer (after some time) has finally been restored and is running beautifully!! i know that if i have any further issues, im running to computerology for sure!! :)
