Took Karla about 3 months just to file taxes for my husband. Once we told her to go ahead and submit them she stil dragged us on and on with more wait time. Now she says she filed them and still won’t answer her phone to send us a confirmation that it was out through or not. Worst experience ever with this lady. I will not be coming back here again.
