I had a great experience with Scott. We were having issues with our batteries getting drained, and installation was very difficult because of the layout of the compartment. We needed help in a pinch and didn’t have the time nor the inclination to tow the RV and leave it with someone a half hour away. Scott installed new batteries at his cost (They did not mark them up) and he figured out an electrical issue that he then quickly fixed. It wasn’t cheap, but I can trust him and I know he was working to figure out the problem as quickly as possible. We plan to sell this RV so I will call him to check out the next one I buy before I make the purchase. I was dreading the idea of having to take it and leave it somewhere and then missing our Fourth of July camping trip.
Scott was aewsome hooked up my solar to my outlets in my trailer enjoying solar power no generator. These guys are great!! Work any where mobike rv will travel to you very impressed! Professional friendly knowledgeable anything you need! About rv repair maintenence I mean anything! they will do super happy 😄
One of the leveling jacks on my RV started to leak hydraulic fluid and wasn’t functioning properly. I contacted the dealership I purchased the RV from, but their first available appointment was more than three months out! After searching on the web and reading reviews I found Contra Costa mobile RV Repair. I called Shawn and explained the problem. He sent someone (Jesse) around later that afternoon. Jesse was excellent, very knowledgeable and really friendly. He took off the faulty jack and then we set about trying to source a new jack. As soon as the replacement jack arrived from the manufacturer Jessie came back to install it. He checked that the leveling system was functioning properly before he left. Throughout the job and, wait for the new part, Shawn was in regular text contact and very responsive. I’m very glad I found these guys and will have no hesitation in calling them again when I need work done on my RV.
Sean was awesome to work with leading up to my repair. Luis came out to complete the actual repairs and he was fantastic! Very nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing everything up for me in a timely fashion. Would absolutely recommend this company and will for sure be using them again in the future!
Needed a window replaced in my RV called to schedule an appointment and a live person answered the phone what a surprise these days. Gave them the info and they just happens to have an opening that day which rarely ever happy. The tech showed up on time did a great job. He cleaned up the area when he was finished did an inspection and gave me a report of things to consider in the future. Highly recommend this company have had not so good experiences with other RV repair services in the area.
