The actual quote to repair was over twice as much ($3700) as the cost on the RMA ($1400). I actually sent the part number of the unit prior to shipping it and that part number was listed on the RMA that I was sent with the cost of repair. The unit was not even looked at, so that is not the reason for cost difference. Just make sure you confirm the price listed on the RMA is the actual cost prior to shipping your equipment. Control System Labs is at least paying for the return shipping of our unit back to us. We are only out for the cost of shipping there (I believe 35 pounds) and the few days in shipments. Our unit was still functional, it just seemed louder.

I contacted Control Systems Lab desperate to get a control circuit board repaired which runs the motor to open and close our drive-in Freezer at our wholesale seafood company. A new circuit board was not an option since it was no longer manufactured. The options we were given were to purchase a new track and motor or a full replacement door. Both would have been a huge capitol expense. John Maher from Control Systems Lab took in our board, and had it turned around fixed in 2 days, vs a new system taking two to three months to manufacture and ship. We had it reinstalled and it works perfect. I can't thank these guys enough. They have a local company as a customer for life! Anyone who tells you that your circuit board is fried and can't be fixed, don't believe them until you have these guys look at it. You will be thrilled you did. Thanks again John!

I had a discontinued Power Gear RV jack controller fail. Only salvaged and refurbished units are available but they are scarce and very expensive. Lippert recommended Control System Lab for repair. I went through the online process describing my issue, sent in my faulty control box, and CSL did the rest. The repair was timely and successful, customer service was responsive and truthful. Great work all around. 5 stars all the way!

Teníamos una motherboard para un Escalade accesible para discapacitados y no pudimos encontrar a nadie que la reparara. Un relé se averió y quemó una sección de la board. Nos topamos con este negocio. Hice un viaje de dos horas para ir personalmente a conocerlos. Fueron personas maravillosas, corteses y amables. Respondieron a todos mis correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas, y tenían respuestas para todas mis preguntas. Estaba tan preocupado... afirmaron poder montar algunos cables de prueba para ello para asegurarse de que funcionara y ofrecieron una garantía de 1 año sobre ello. Cuando recibimos la motherboard mucho antes de lo esperado, me sorprendió... la instalé y funciona de maravilla. Pasar de no encontrar a nadie que pudiera trabajar en ello a esta gran empresa es increíble. ¡La recomendaría encarecidamente a cualquiera para cualquier necesidad eléctrica o de circuitos!
