We love Sydney - I truly can’t speak highly enough about her. She’s patient, listens, and does a great cut. My son has curly hair and she hand cuts it for me - even the sides. She always does an amazing job. She is what makes cookie cutters great and keeps us coming back - thank you Ms. Sydney!!!!!
I take both my grandsons here to get there haircuts. I took my oldest one who is 2yrs oldin last week. Never an issue but that night it was MADNESS. Not do to employees because of my grandson. He just was not having it didn't want the lady touch him, cut his hair, he started screaming bloody murder, crying and wouldn't sit still longer than 3 min so she can cut his hair. As soon as she put the lil apron on she he started. But I give her props she dealt with it like a champ and still kept cutting while me & my daughter helped and had to hold him down a few times. But she did an AWESOME JOB & has a great deal of patience.. So 5 stars on my last visit there .
We’ve tried getting cuts 3 times and won’t return. 2 of the 3 providers had no skills in managing wiggly or reluctant kids, and didn’t follow our requests for our child’s cut. This most recent cut is significantly shorter than we’d asked and frankly looks like our toddler did it himself. The provider didn’t even clean up the clippings left all over his pants and shirt. Poor experience in service both cut quality and customer service.
If you're nervous about your kid's first haircut, this is the place to go! I went in with a lot of anxiety, but it all completely disappeared after our visit, and the whole experience felt seamless from start to finish. The stylist was so patient and gentle with our young son, who is definitely not a sit-still kind of kid. I was so impressed by how she listened to my specific request about preserving his curls and even checked in with me at multiple points during the process to make sure I was happy. The environment is genius for active kids: the fire truck chair and his own TV, playing his favorite show via the available apps, kept him absolutely glued to his seat, which is a miracle! Truly, the entire staff was wonderful across the board, and we are absolutely customers for life.
I took my almost 2-year-old today for his very FIRST haircut! We were treated really well by Yolanda AND Maite. It was a really pleasant experience that I was really nervous about. My little boy is quite rowdy and I was really worried we would walk out with half a haircut 🥴 They were so patient, gentle and kind to him. We got through it without issue. As soon as he needs his next haircut, we will be back.
