Cookie Plug came THROUGH with the birthday cake cookie! The cookie was huge, decorated perfectly, and tasted even better than it looked. Super soft, thick, and packed with flavor — everybody at the party was talking about it. If you haven’t tried their custom cake cookies, you are seriously missing out.

We saw a tik tok of your place and were very excited to try it. However my sister and I ordered two boxes and both had raw cookies. It was dead empty so I’m not sure why most of the cookies we got were raw. Flavor and quality wise, save your money and go to crave or crumbl. Not worth the $40 spent. I included a picture of the few fully cooked cookies so you can see the comparison of how raw these cookies were. I’m also seeing multiple reviews of mushy/raw cookies to which the owners reply with the similar replies of “Please contact us so we can address your concerns and improve your experience” yet it keeps happening so I’m not sure what their improving. If you’re a cookie place it shouldn’t happen.

Little bummed out, I know we came in late and it was just a little more than hour before closing but, these cookies tasted old. On top of that, the inside was mushy. One of the ones we had was so dry on the outside and when you opened it, it was just goo, and not a good goo, a not baked long enough goo. Too bad, we were pretty excited to try them, the vibe of the store was fun.

We were really excited to try this spot and we were hoping the cookies would be great. We bought the mini cookies instead of the large so I guess maybe the large would be better (I hope). They were so under-baked I put them in the oven when we got home and they literally spread all over the pan. It was basically raw dough. The flavors were okay for the ones we were able to eat after a second bake. Most the “flavors” were just colored differently than normal, but tasted as you would expect them to without the food dye. I’m sorry I was disappointed

My go to place when I need something sweet. I prefer them over crumble cookie any day. I'm guessing depending on how busy they are they don't have all the cookies available at times.. So you always have to have a backup choice.
