I decided it was time to get my package unit replaced and after getting 4 estimates, I went with Cool Change. I am so glad I did. The first person I spoke with was Stephanie. She was friendly from the moment she picked up the phone and everytime after that. She sent Matt out to do my estimate. He answered all my questions. I told him that I was going to be having my out of state family look over all the estimates I was getting. He didn't ever try to "hard sell" me. I can only imagine it is because he believes in the product he was selling and knew the product would sell itself. When Shannon and Carter came to do the install, they arrived on time, were very thorough and probably the nicest team I have ever had out to do repairs on my home. The owner, JD, and his daughter (who I didn't meet but did see) even stopped by to check on Shannon and Carter's progress! WOW! When does the owner stop by just because? NEVER! And the guys seemed very relaxed with him. 4 days after the install, When Ryan came back for the final inspection with the city. He must love his job! He smiled the entire time we interacted. He patiently went over how to work my thermostat, what to expect next, showed me photos of the completed work and made certain I didn't have any questions. This company is first class all the way around! I highly recommend them!
Every time I've dealt with this company has been a great experience. I shopped around for a new furnace recently, and Cool Change has been the best by far. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and aren't just trying to sell you something. On a recent visit, Ryan helped answer some question I had and explained a ton about my setup. It was really helpful to understand the technical side of the issue.
It's rare to find a locally owned, honest, hard working and efficient company these days - but Cool Change check all the boxes of what you're looking for in an HVAC company. As a real estate professional who sells 80+ homes a year, it's important that I stand behind vendors who aren't just trying to sell but truly care about their clients like I do. I use Cool Change personally and would recommend them to anyone who asks for service, install, replacement and advice. Specifically, I've had the pleasure of working with both Miles & Ryan. They always show up on time, with a smile and never, ever try to sell but rather educate and allow us the time to make our own decisions as the homeowner. Last but not least, Stephanie at the front is always friendly and efficient when it comes to scheduling. If you're looking for great service, you've found it!
Everyone we dealt with at the company was friendly and professional, but our tech Ryan was AWESOME. He was personable, punctual, thorough, and went above and beyond to solve our problem; opting for a cheaper fix that was more manual labor versus pushing for the expensive band-aid solution. He was also super transparent-- explained everything he did as he worked, and I really felt included in the process. He even gave us great advice about how to keep the unit operating and performing better going forward. Best tech service we've ever had! Five stars!
Ms Tiffany and jd are very down to earth people and has a very transparent conversation with me to make sure we was on the same page which I appreciate. RYAN is the best technician I ever encountered. He is so knowledgeable and very detailed with his work. I appreciate him taking his time fixing my ac unit for the whole house. He even fixed some wiring that was messed up from a previous job. I’m very satisfied with Ryan’s work. And was able to follow up with me at the end so asset how me move forward in the future. Truly exceptional service ! Please give these guys a chance it is worth every penny.
