From start to finish, an outstanding experience with Coolray. I purchased an annual HVAC deal through Home Depot, and the communication alone set the tone — Colby gave me a full two-hour notice while traveling from Atlanta, which I truly appreciated. Once on site, the service was efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional. When my filter size wasn’t available, the follow-through was exceptional — a new filter was overnighted to me without hesitation. This level of personal care and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Highly recommend Coolray HVAC systems.
Wes is absolutely outstanding! He is professional and methodical about his approach. He and Mike also explained things to me along the way. 1) I would hire Wes to work in my organization any day! 2) Wes is the right person to have paired with Mike. Mike will turn out to be a great plumber! The price they charged seemed fair but really no comparison. However, when they finished EVERYTHING was great and exactly like it was their house - that's priceless today!
We have been CoolRay/Mr Plumber customers for years. Matthew L. came to fix what we thought was another pin hole leak in our copper pipes. Upon inspection, he quickly brought to our attention that the problem had finally gotten to a much larger point than we knew. He calmly and fully explained all our options, the pros/cons, and his recommendation based on experience. Matthew and second tech Elias came the NEXT day to do a full pipe replacement of 2/3 of our house - and continued to give us progress updates. They communicated and explained what they were finding the entire way - and did so in a very professional and comforting manner. KUDOS to Matthew and Elias for this huge job and their attention to detail.
Devon White was delightful. He arrived in a timely fashion, fully explained the process along with options/alternatives. Very courteous and discussed and answered all questions fully. He executed the work and left the spaces neat and tidy.
My upstairs AC has been slowly dying for a few years despite my efforts to keep it going. It was installed by Coolray 21 years ago. I had a Coolray technician come to inspect the system…bad news…21 years of age and R22 coolant meant I needed a replacement system. Within about an hour, Coolray designed a system to meet my needs based on accurate calculations. They provided a proposal with 4 price options. I had done some homework ahead of time and knew the prices were fair. I chose an option and had a brand new AC unit and furnace installed the next day. The whole process was complete less than 30 hours after the technician first showed up. The workmanship is impeccable. They even handle permits and inspections as part of the service. Coolray also included insulation which they installed two days later. I don’t have to worry about being hot upstairs anymore. Everything works great. Thanks Coolray!
